We carry a 1.5 million dollar liability insurance policy on all of our rides, games. cocessions tents and equipment.
Our games and rides are inspected every year and must meet all stringent safty requirements and regulations.
Safety rules and regulations
1. No sharp objects on the bodies or in the possesion of any game patron.
2. No kicking, hitting, pushing or otherwise colliding between any game patrons.
3. Make sure not to overload game(s) with patrons. Games may not exceed patron capacity.
4. No one allowed on or near said game if game is deflated, being deflated or being inflated.
5. No shoes allowed on game(s) at any time
6. No one allowed on or near game(s) without an adult present knowlegable of all safety rules.
7. Anyone not following any of the above mentioned rules is to be restricted from game(s) use.
8. Insure games are properly secured at all times: either staked down or tied down with sandbags
depending on the size and nature of said game(s).
9. NOTE: In windy or storm conditions, all games should be deflated, evacuated and shut down immediately!
10.If using a generator to power games, you must insure that it is properly grounded to code.
11.Insure all electrical cords are clear of water and other obstacles that may oppose a hazard.
12.Make sure all electrical supply cords are positioned in such way that it can't accidentally
be tripped on or disconnected prematurely resulting in unexpected deflation of said game(s).
13.Insure electrical supply source is properly rated to accommodate electrical load of said item(s)
14.If any game is deflating prematurely, remove all patrons from and near game(s) immediately.
15.No patrons are allowed to use or enter any portion of game(s) other than specified by manufactor,
this includes climbing in torn areas, entering inflation and defalations areas, etc.
16.If attendant is to leave game(s) at anytime during operation of said game(s), a backup attendant
aware of all rules is to relieve the party until they return or the operation of game(s) has ended.
No smoking or flamable materials allowed on or near said game(s), this includes lighters, matches, etc.
!NEVER COMPROMISE SAFETY, BE ALERT AT ALL TIMES DURING OPERATION OF EVENT!
Failure to comply with any of these rules and regulations could result in injury or death.
If any 1 or more of the above conditions are not met, STOP operation of game(s)immediately.
